About the role
Hiring NOC Engineers to maintain continuous infrastructure stability. You will remotely monitor critical equipment to detect anomalies, mitigate operational risks, and ensure high service availability.
This role operates in a 24/7 shift environment. You will manage operational escalations, coordinate directly with customers during technical incidents, and drive swift issue resolution. Strong communication skills are required to manage live incidents effectively.
What you'll do
- Monitor critical powered equipment remotely on a 24/7 basis.
- Coordinate with customers and provide timely updates.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Manage and escalate incidents/issues as per defined procedures.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and prompt response to alerts.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and shift schedules.
What we're looking for
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 0–1 year
- Gender: Male candidates preferred
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
- Location: Bangalore or Chennai
- Flexible to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage (English + Hindi or Tamil preferred)
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to improving processes and solutions
